Hi, I’m Emily.

Emily Grannemann, certified eating disorder coach, smiling, with bob haircut, wearing a black blazer, against a green blurred background.

Recovery changed my life, and that’s why I'm passionate about helping others discover what's possible for theirs. I work with individuals navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, substance use, as well as co-occurring disorders. As a CCI-Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, Certified Peer Specialist, and someone with lived experience of the disorders I treat, I combine professional training with personal understanding to help others build meaningful, lasting recovery.

How Recovery Coaching Can Help

Recovery coaching is designed to complement your existing treatment team by providing practical support in the moments between appointments, when recovery often feels the hardest. Whether you're transitioning from a higher level of care, looking for additional support in outpatient treatment, or wanting more consistent accountability in your recovery, coaching helps you apply recovery skills in everyday life. Together, we'll work through the everyday challenges of recovery with compassion, accountability, and practical problem-solving.

Coaching can help you:

  • Navigate difficult recovery moments as they arise

  • Strengthen motivation when recovery feels overwhelming

  • Build practical coping skills for everyday life

  • Develop sustainable recovery routines

  • Increase accountability between therapy sessions

  • Work through ambivalence without judgment

  • Set meaningful, achievable recovery goals

  • Navigate meals, body image, urges, and other recovery challenges in real time

  • Build confidence making recovery-based decisions outside of sessions

  • Celebrate progress while navigating setbacks with self-compassion

Every coaching relationship is individualized because recovery looks different for everyone. Together, we'll focus on the areas that feel most important to you and build a recovery that fits your life.
